Question : Hi - read your articles re. breast enlargement.  I do not want larger, but only firmer.  had surgery to make them smaller some years ago, but now they are like Maxine’s (the lean, green grouch machine), saggy and soft.  What I need to know is how to firm, not enlarge.

Answer :Hi *****.  If you want only to firm, not enlarge your breasts, then the best way would probably be to massage the breasts.  See this information on breast massage (you do not have to use the firming cream recommended, but it can definitely help to tone and tighten the underlying tissue, if you don’t use it, then use your favorite lotion, preferably natural).

Another way to firm the breasts besides massage either by yourself or by a professional massotherapist who can perform something called either lypossage or body sculpting massage, is to do breast lifting and firming exercises.  See this page here for some suggestions on exercises designed for women with post pregnancy breast sagging and firmness issues.

I hope this helps.  There are nonsurgical breast implant alternatives (or breast lift in your case) options to lift and help fill out the breasts to their natural youthful look, and of course if that does not work for you to your satisfaction, there are always surgical options as a last resort.
